Help if you are struggling with living costs:

Older residents can contact the Age UK Oxfordshire support helpline on 01865 411288 for help. You will be asked to leave your name, address, contact number and a brief description of what is needed. A volunteer will then get in touch with you to see how help can be arranged.

Oxfordshire Mind -Information and ideas for maintaining good wellbeing:

https://www.oxfordshiremind.org.uk. You can also contact them for information by telephone on 01865 247788 or call for mental health support on 01865 904997 (adults) or 01865 904998 (children and young people). 

Guideposts, a national mental health and wellbeing charity, offers free advice and support over the phone or via webchat. Lines open Monday to Friday 9-5pm.

Oxfordshire Domestic Abuse Services offers free services to anybody aged 16+ experiencing domestic abuse.  Their Oxfordshire Domestic Abuse Helpline is still open and available Monday to Friday 10am – 7pm.
